The programs in the BLUPF90 family of programs have been upgraded to handle the genomic information in form of an H matrix or a single-step methodology (ssGBLUP); see the paper by Aguilar et al., 2010. Go to the Blupf90 page for more information.

Here you can find a simple program to generate SNP data and another one to analyze it. The second program uses the efficient algorithm by Legarra and Misztal (2008).
