Whenever the program is run the first time, it produces a message
about the incorrect size of permutation vector. This message, which
should have been ignored, is now eliminated

Due to a bug, MTC did not converge with regressions in the model, when
covariances between the traits were high.  Attempts to fix this problem
Continue.

Residuals after back transformations were not calculated properly. This
resulted in estimates 5-15% higher. Problem fixed.
