The University of Georgia’s Animal Breeding & Genetics (AB&G) team showcased its latest research at the World Congress on Genetics Applied to Livestock Production (WCGALP), held July 12–17, 2026, in Madison, Wisconsin.
Faculty and graduate students made significant contributions through invited talks, oral presentations, poster presentations, and conference papers. Dr. Daniela Lourenco also served on the WCGALP 2026 Permanent Committee.
