Ignacy Misztal visited the National Dairy Development Board in India and gave nine lectures on genetic/genomic improvement at a training program. He thoroughly enjoyed the hosts’ hospitality, extensive discussions on dairy breeding, and visits to a farm, huge milk and chocolate plants, and temples. He found India as a country with excellent food, industrious people, lots of places to see, and safe and inexpensive.
