We have updated our software. A new version is available on our website. The timestamp should be March 21, 2019 (2019-03-21) or later. Windows binary will be available soon.
There was a bug in our programs released in late February 2019. The bug might cause a segmentation fault or unexpected results. It happened only when using genomic data. The affected programs included blupf90, blupf90test, airemlf90, remlf90, Gibbs samplers (gibbs*f90, gibbsf90test, thrgibbs*f90), preGSf90, and postGSf90. The other programs or older versions were not affected. Please update your binary if you are using the programs downloaded between March 1 and 20. We once released updates on March 20, 2019, but the programs still had the bug. Please download the latest programs.
